What I do
Payroll implementation
I stand up payroll one country at a time — pay calendars, custom pay types with the tax treatment written down, funding flows, cutover plans. Right now that’s Australia, the UK, Canada, India, and the US for Crimson Education. Australia ships first.
Migration & data integrity
Migrations live or die on reconciliation. I cross-checked 3,000+ legacy records before importing a single one, chased a 22-record mystery gap down to 5 cases I could each explain, and audited every migrated document by hand. Then I packaged the whole thing into an AI skill so the next one is faster.
AI ops tooling
I build the layer that does the work. One skill drafts employment contracts across 20+ jurisdiction templates in minutes; another turns a week of census matching into a single prompt. Not demos — both run on live payroll, every week.
